Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams to identify hiring needs and build periodic recruitment plans.
- Take ownership of job posting, CV screening, first-round interviews, and coordinate technical/managerial rounds.
- Create attractive job descriptions aligned with company culture and the nature of each position.
- Manage and expand recruitment channels (LinkedIn, Facebook groups, TopCV, job boards, etc.).
- Propose strategies to enhance employer branding (company image, candidate experience, etc.).
- Track and update candidate databases and report recruitment progress regularly.
- Assist in managing labor contracts and maintaining HR records.
- Monitor and manage office equipment and supplies.
- Support internal engagement activities such as birthdays, teambuilding, mini-events, onboarding, etc.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- 2–3 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in startups, tech, or gaming).
- Strong communication and flexible problem-solving skills.
- High responsibility, proactive mindset, and solution-oriented approach.
