Job Description
- Ensure smooth game operations, monitor and optimize player experience.
- Track and analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement; provide strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with development teams to enhance features, content, and gameplay, increasing player engagement and retention.
- Plan, execute, and monitor in-game events, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
- Address player issues and complaints, ensuring timely and effective support.
- Build, manage, and develop the entire game community.
- Monitor and prevent fraudulent activities, hacking, and violations of game rules.
- Monitor industry trends and research competitors to propose improvements and innovations for the game.
- Balance in-game economy: Analyze and adjust the value of in-game items, currency, or rewards to ensure balance within the game.
Job Requirements
- Experience with at least 1-2 mobile game products, preferably online casual or puzzle games like Match-3, Bubble Shooter, or Tetris.
- Strong data analysis skills and the ability to use analytical tools for decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with teams.
- Creativity and innovative thinking to improve the game.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Understanding of Match-3 game mechanics and current industry trends.
