Job Description

  • Develop creative concepts for the game, including defining the genre, art style, and storyline. Design gameplay mechanics, mission systems, and rewards to ensure an engaging, balanced, and sustainable player experience.
  • Build maps, environments, and levels that enhance the game's aesthetics and match the intended level of challenge, aligning with gameplay mechanics.
  • Compile and maintain detailed game design documents (GDD), covering the storyline, gameplay mechanics, and game structure to guide and align the development teams.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure all design and technical aspects are cohesive and contribute to the overall objectives of the game.
  • Conduct regular playtesting to identify and resolve bugs, while continuously improving the product based on player feedback and data analysis.
  • Monitor market trends and analyze successful elements of similar games to ensure competitive edge. Fine- tune and balance the game based on real-time data and user feedback.
  • Train and support new team members, providing documentation and guidance to ensure understanding of core design elements.

Job Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in game design, with a strong understanding of gameplay structure, player experience, and principles for creating engaging games.
  • Ability to create compelling stories, characters, and game worlds; foundational knowledge of visuals and composition to collaborate effectively with the art team.
  • Basic understanding of programming and system logic, facilitating smooth collaboration with technical teams. Analytical skills to interpret player feedback and continuously improve the game.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to plan, manage timelines, and communicate ideas clearly, ensuring project milestones are met and promoting effective cross-team collaboration.
